Incredible experience and couldn’t be more thrilled with the service received by L&K Environmental. Never a fun topic to discuss or handle when dealing with a mold issue, but Kevin and his team were responsive, service oriented, and reasonably priced! Highly recommend them as an environmental testing provider.

L&K Environmental was called to perform asbestos testing. A technician arrived at the agreed time and were very professional. They completed their work promptly and with minimum disruption of other activities. The technician indicated that the results would likely be available by the end of the day. The technician did not request any additional paperwork or signatures from me during his visit. Two days later, a request for work authorization was received from L&K indicating that the results would be available after the work authorization was signed and returned. The authorization was returned to them the same day; I received the test results the following day. The final test report was very thorough and professional. In addition to the description of the test methods and procedures, it included photos of the areas tested. The rating was marked down only because of the delay receiving the request for work authorization and the test results.

L&K Environmental Inc. was fantastic to work with. We needed mold testing ASAP and they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule. Bonus, they were able to get us same day results. AND they took the time to call and explain the results immediately so we could determine our next steps for remediation. If you're looking for a trustworthy company that cares, this is the one!

I have had a very pleasant experience working with L&K. They were on time and very professional. Arturo specifically and his crew Jacob and Marcos were great and went out of their way to get the job done efficiently so that the other group of workers start and get the job completed.

Everyone was very responsive and proactive. They showed up when they said they would show up, called if there was a scheduling issue well ahead of time. They were quick and clean in the house and results were received well in advance of what they said. Great job!
