Trying to change my trash can size from 100 gallon to 64 gallon. Simple request. Placed request online 6 weeks ago.. no change in can size, no acknowledgement email. Call today 3:20pm on a Wednesday -- after 26 minute wait time to talk to an agent... still no answer, no 'estimated wait time' estimates.. finally gave up. Any other business that had this level of responsiveness I would stop paying my bill -- but they have a monopoly -- I have to have trash picked up, and I can't choose a better company...

They only come once a week for our apartment pick up on friday. Is usually overflowing by then. Neighbors have trash just sitting on the balcony as a result.

3 weeks waiting for them to pick up a broken trash can. Every lame excuse that doesn't apply, not in the alley, no cars blocked it, it was never overflowing. All made up..
