What a great group of guys ! They worked hard, nonstop, all day getting my vents right ! Perfectionism is something I admire and these guys are the cream of the crop !! Recent install of new HVAC system and additional garage AC. Long’s was the obvious choice for us as we have been using them for several years. They are fast to respond, professional , courteous and affordable. We picked January to replace the system as we figured Long would not be as busy. We called and the next day they were out and giving us our options. Install was awesome, they gave us updates, made everything look professional and we couldn’t be happier.

I contacted Long's Air Conditioning to schedule an annual maintenance service call for my air conditioner. Harold and Devon arrived on time and did an amazing job. They did things that the other AC company I had been using didn't do, like scrub down the outside case of the unit and fixed the drain that had not been done correctly with the other company. They were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. I will be using Long's Air Conditioning from now on, and highly recommend them.

The total job took less than 4 hours. They did a great job from start to finish. They were considerate of how the sod was placed, and returned it as if never removed, Every place their equipment had to track, they placed plywood down first. They cleaned up everything, sprayed off everything. Took time to explain the whole operation of everything, the electrical panel, what lights to look for, what the colors were for, warranty, even showed me how to use the keys to open top. Explained 1st time fill discount through a propane company nearby etc. I will definitely recommend to anyone in need a a generator.

We had our annual A/C checkup done by Longs Heating and Air yesterday. I’ve had this done every year since we bought our new unit from them in 2020 or 2021. Javier was the technician who showed up. This was the first time I have had him. I will be requesting him Everytime from now on. He was very knowledgeable and was the first technician to remove the fan and actually clean the coils the proper way. The others only sprayed the outside of unit with coil cleaner and sprayed from the outside. Which doesn’t clean anything. If you needing someone to service your unit and you want it done right and honest, ask for Javier

We just had a totally new air conditioning system AND a Generac Generator installed by Long. Everyone at Long knows their jobs from the ladies answering the phone to the installers they are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very affordable. All the installers paid attention to detail kept us informed of what they were doing and how they were doing it. We are extremely impressed with Long service and we would recommend them to anyone who needs a new air-conditioning system or Generac. We are extremely pleased!

Had Generac generator installed and extremely satisfied. You can’t even tell they were here. In and out in about 3 hours. Would recommend them if you are looking for a professional installation.
