I was instructing day 4 and 5 of a 5 day HAZWOPER certification, I have a very positive experience with Organization, 9 students from 18 to mid 20's.
I thought they were not going to be engaged but to my surprise, it was the opposite, when it came to the PPE, respirators, and the process of decontamination, you can tell they were not only learning but they were having fun doing something new for them.
