Initially we had some scheduling conflicts, but they just finished up with a regular septic pump out. Austin (owner) was fantastic and explained the entire process along with how the system works. Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful can't say enough how pleased that I called this company. Would call again and recommend them highly.

They did a great job! Our system was failing and we needed help! We got numerous estimates and LET was the best. Their service was amazing; they provided frequent updates and navigated the county permitting process without us having to do anything. Kiley and Austin are great ambassadors for LET. The work they did was professional. There was concern that the substructure would need an an update but they checked it out very well and saved us money. There was some lawn damage as expected during the install but they have promised us that they will take care of it and I fully trust that they will. Overall, I’m very satisfied and recommend them without reservations.

I have asked repeatedly for an estimate on my AOSS system after they failed it, and I don't even know why it failed. No one has gotten back to me on this issue. The county has alerted me to the fact it needs the repair.

Update I had another inspector come and told me my septic system is fine. That inspector told me based on the report they filed they did not inspect my system. I called another company because Loudoun told me my repairs would be expensive, still without telling me what's wrong.

First, Austin was great! On Monday of this week, my septic system alarm went off. Of course it happened about 11:00PM, making it even more challenging. I called Loudoun Environmental Treatment and they came to my house within an hour. Despite being 12:00AM, Austin was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem, did a quick work-around until he could come back for a more permanent repair, and explained everything that he was doing.

He came back the next afternoon to do the more permanent repair, as promised, and my septic system was up and running in less than one day of having an issue.

Austin and the entire Loudoun Environmental Treatment team were the best. I’d highly recommend them for all things regarding your septic system. I will definitely be using them and appreciate their responsiveness, and professionalism.

Nice people to deal with, however when they pumped my tank they didn’t add an extension to the hose so I’m pretty sure they did not get the sludge on the bottom. I also had them price replacing my distribution box and after waiting almost three weeks for a price I told them to forget it.
