Catching up with reviews of previous visits. A few months ago, I refrigerator died, and we visited several stores, including Home Depot, in an attempt to find mew ones one that would fit our needs. It was kind of important that we get one delivered pretty quickly because all we had to keep our food cold was a very bar small refrigerator in our basement. Not only did we find the perfect refrigerator at Lowe’s, they had a delivery time of only a few days. Unfortunately, when the refrigerator was delivered, it had a small dent in the door. We were given a choice of keeping the refrigerator with a $200 discount or have a new one delivered. We chose to have a new one delivered, but Lowe’s graciously allowed us to keep the dented one until the new one was delivered.

More expensive than online shopping, but if you need it that day this is one of your options. Good selection, join their club and get some minor discounts. Shopping online for things like air filters, lawn accessories/parts is way cheaper ..just gotta wait on shipping. I will be back, nice staff. Get there early if you wanna get out quickly.

I bought a riding lawn mower at Gadsden Lowes, paid half cash and half on my credit card, and set up delivery. They said the quickest they could deliver was In two weeks so I agreed. On delivery day, after waiting two weeks, I got a call from Trussville Lowes that they couldn't deliver my mower. Jessica said that it had been transferred to the Trussville store and they didn't have any new ones in stock and it would take another week to get a new one in. She was very impatient when I questioned why Trussville had the order and said that she didn't know. She claimed that she couldn't have let me know sooner because she just now found out. She said I could get a $200. Discount and have it delivered the next day if I took a display that had been sitting outside so long that the battery went dead and all I would have to do is put a new battery in it. I agreed to that because my grass hasn't been cut in two weeks now. So the next day I'm waiting for my lawn mower that doesn't run to be delivered and I get a message that they can't deliver it because their delivery truck is broke down and in the shop. I tried to call the store multiple times, five times to discuss the issue. No one will answer my calls and there is no option to leave a message. So I went into Gadsden Lowes and got a refund and will never spend money in Lowes again. We have bought many large appliances over the years and always pay cash. Never again.

To be honest worst store I've ever been in got ignored by employees didn't have the parts for the materials you sell I'm looking for inch and a half gray pipe caps and you didn't have the five none of the stores in the area including this one had the materials I need to do with my job that includes all Lowe's I'd rather go to Home Depot at least I know that I'll get the parts there which I did there is no way you can give a five-star experience with a store that doesn't carry materials for the parts they sell goodbye good luck I ain't never going back to your store

The Lowe's store in Trussville is an awesome store that is always stocked and the employees are very courteous. There are so many reasons why before Lowe's over Home Depot, especially the Trussville location. The Wi-Fi available to shoppers is always quick and it has a far range that way if you're not ready to actually enter the store you can be in the parking lot and still search the web for your possible purchases. Every time I come to this Lowe's there's always some new special item, new clearance item, or new product. I absolutely love the variety of inventory that they choose to keep in the store not to mention their online orders they make it so easy for you to accomplish it.I have never had a bad experience at this Lowe's location or at Lowe's for that matter. I encourage everyone that's in the Trussville area to stop by this Lowe's location.

I went there to purchase a garden hose shut off valve. Lowe's App should be located on Greenhouse Aisle Wall Bay 10. I had trouble finding the Greenhouse and each associate that I attempted to get assistance from turned and walked the other direction when they saw me approaching. After finding the item, I went to the self checkout to discover that I could not use military discount along with My Lowe's Rewards Money. In my opinion, the My Lowes Rewards is useless unless you make major purchases from Lowe's. Which I would never do.

I don’t leave reviews but I’ve been to this location a lot and never end up buying from them because I do not get serviced especially with the paint section. Waited over 30 mins almost every time
