These people are horrible! We have requested to pick up a bulk trash and it has been three weeks and they still haven't picked it up. For the old mattresses, we put them out and they require plastic on them. We put it on but because they waited three weeks and it rained, the plastic came off. Now they refused to pick it up. We have called numerous of time and they all say "we will forward it to management" and nothing happens!

Every time the driver empties the front bucket into the compactor, he leaves more and more garbage on the street. How is Villa Park not complaining about this? Side load works way better.

lrs has been very good to villa park, not always the most timely but they get everything off the ground and the drivers tend to be chill. the service provided has been fine for the price paid and yard waste is acceptable

My Village uses LRS (the Maywood facility) and since I have been so very pleased with their Service, I also contracted with them for our Company.
My experience, both as a Residential and Business Customer has been OUTSTANDING! The LRS Team is Professional, Friendly and they always Deliver as Promised.
From their Customer Service Department to their Drivers, the Service at LRS is Excellent!
I highly recommend LRS to other municipalities and businesses!

This place is a joke!!! They are horrible and are no help at all!!!! My pickup date is Thursday. My trash was not picked up on Thursday. I called and was told the driver would go back. They had until 6:30 pm to pick up the trash. It was not picked up on. I called Friday morning and was told they would try to get to it Friday if not Monday for sure. It is Monday and my trash is still not picked up. I just called and was told they would try to pick it up today if not tomorrow. Depends on if they have a driver in the area ! That is a bunch of bull!! It was their fault it was not picked up in the first place now I have to keep waiting! I told them I have no where to put my trash because the bins are full and they don't care. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the call back time is 24-48 hours. What a joke. These people don't care and do not take responsibility. I have to wait until my next pick up date because they refuse to resolve this issue. Worst trash company ever. Does not deserve any stars at all!!!!

We switched our refuse pickup services to Roy Strom Company several years ago after using Republic Services for many years. Since that time we have been completely satisfied with the services and very grateful for their commitment to holding the line on prices. I also appreciate that they provide truly personal service and clearly care about customer satisfaction. Whenever I've had questions or needed any assistance from their business office, the quality of the customer service has been impeccable. As a result of all of this, I highly recommend this company's services in all respects.

I've had the same cans from when LRS bought DuPage disposal. They have never dropped off new cans, which was fine, but now that one can has lost a wheel and the others lid is falling off, I requested new cans a month ago. Still haven't received them as I continue to leave my cans out for 3 days at a time. They take my money every month on time.

We have used this company for waste removal services for the last twelve years or more. Recently, the driver for our route will not consistently pick up the waste. When the office is called they make excuses and ask for extra fees to pick up the trash that we already paid for.

Update: I spoke with a manager from Roy Strom, and they stated that they would work to communicate with the driver. Thank you for getting back to me in a quick way guys.
