We have 6 dumpsters and are supposed to have twice a week pickup. It’s been over a week since we’ve had service. I’ve called and emailed and am getting the runaround. The driver has marked themselves here a few times claiming they already emptied our bins, but clearly they haven’t. I am currently shopping around for a new provider.

I was with the environmental company, and without asking me they assigned me to this company that has such bad service. Since I have been with this company I have had to keep calling for them to come and pick up the garbage. Yesterday, Tuesday the 23rd, I called to ensure that they would come today, Wednesday the 24th. April, they assured me that they were coming today and it's already 4:30 and no one has come to pick up the garbage. The container is super full because they haven't come in 15 days. I called to tell them that no one came in 15 days and the woman told me yes. I wanted them to come, they would charge me 90 extra after I am paying 106 per month, I will look into changing companies.

READ BEFORE ENGAGING FOR SERVICES. This is a horribly unprofessional company that has no regard for their customers. We gave our rep, Tom Flanagan notice in February that we wish to terminate service for trash removal at our family-owned business upon expiration of our contract. Despite acknowledging our request, the company has refused to pick up their dumpster, which is adversely impacting our business. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Response to owner: we gave written notification per our service contract in February that we wish to stop our service upon contract expiration on June 1. Receipt of this request was acknowledged by your representative the same day. Despite your company not servicing the location, we paid all remaining invoices. Now, we are sitting here in mid-June and your dumpster is still on our property. We’ve attempted to correspond with Mr. Flanagan several times over the last 4 months with no response. I suggest you get your facts straight, because your organization failed to comply with your own service agreement which is why the suit was filed. You have my contact information and can reach me directly, but have chosen not to. Unfortunately, the courts are the only avenue we have left to resolve this since your organization has failed so miserably to service your customer.

We rented a dumpster from a company we had used many times before; management at that company allowed us to keep the dumpster for longer periods of time unless they needed it. If they needed it back they would call and let us know so we had the option of quickly finishing our project or paying more to keep the dumpster longer.

Apparently Environmental Recycling & Disposal bought out the company we rented from WHILE we had a dumpster. ER&D then picked up the 1/2 full dumpster very very early on a Saturday morning with no phone call or email or anything. We would have gladly paid more to keep the dumpster a little longer had we known they were coming. I called to find out what happened and that's how I heard about the new ownership. I don't object to the new owners having a new set of rules, I object to the lack of communication about the change in terms.

Even though I was out $400 for a half full dumpster I wouldn't have left a bad review except that afterwards I received an additional bill for ANOTHER $64.80 overage fee. I'm not sure how we could have be over since it was 1/2 full and I called to ask about it. No one ever returned my call.

I paid the bill since they have the power to keep adding interest and also to report an unpaid bill to my credit, even if it was bogus, but I strongly recommend that no one do business with this company. Very unprofessional.

This company has been serving us for a few years now , drivers are courteous and friendly about weekly pick up for us. Today we had a truck leak fluid from the refuse in the back. We called and advised environmental, they promptly called back and sent their team out to make sure the area was cleaned up correctly and professionally. Thank you

I called for the operator manager three times. No one called back. They failed to pick the trash twice enroll leaving pile of trash at my business . Their truck Damaged my business driveway and the drain pipeline.
Not returning calls, providing service paid for, or taking responsibilities for shortcomings are Poor Service , and incompetent management.

I am very regretful signing five years contract with this company, it was my mistake not think carefully not check carefully their contract, then issues about their dumpster just make my husband unhappy when dealing with them.(My poor speak and listen English, then need my husband help)

Tom, account manager, some issues need to contact him, not on vacation or arguing with my husband, it seems that every issues are our fault as my husband said.

Recent issue, their plastic dumpster catch a fire, our fault again!
Actually all business use steel one outside, it is their unprofessional giving chance of fire.(if Steel one, no fire for sure)

They Let us pay their four years old plastic dumpster damaged$500 from their bill;

My husband called them three times for three days to discuss bill, no answer, asked for original contract to review, no answer; finally be told must pay and it was discount from $1200.

$500, not huge amount, if our fault we just take it , but I don't think we did something wrong, also the attitude the way from this company make their customer just frustrated.

Next year June, When the last day of their service, my husband told me that we must celebrate, I am agree with him and I must say sorry again to my husband.

These guys put waste management to shame. They come around and pick up everything. if they drop something from the mechanical process they get out of their vehicle and pick it up. They also take large items. Most of my life I've had waste management and they will just leave stuff all over the ground and they never exit the vehicle. They even drop debris while driving. Thankfully channahon has switched service. Highly recommended for all in the area to use this company.
Update 1-30-24: not sure if this company has changed hands, if the rules have changed, or if there was a substitute driver today, but this was the first time since we've used these services that I noticed the garbage dropping and the driver letting it blow and doing nothing to pick it up. I saw this throughout the entire neighborhood today. Disappointed.
