Aldo and his team took great care of us. Our wonderful APS bills were killing us due to running multiple AC units in our dog kennels AC is key in AZ. The team came in set us up a plan and it’s been great. It is nice to not have a bill several months out of the year.

Avoid this company at all costs. They initially present themselves as a reputable solar installation provider, but their practices are highly misleading. They entice you with the promise of adding other side projects into the loan, but in reality, they only submit the solar quote to the lender, leaving the other projects out of the official contract. Once the solar work is completed, they contact the lender to release the entire loan amount and lender complies without verifying with you if the other work was completed!

As a result, I now have unfinished flooring in my living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The two other projects were never even started. When I questioned them, they brushed off the projects as "courtesy" projects, completely disregarding my needs. This is incredibly misleading, especially when the loan amount included the cost for those projects, regardless of what they submitted to the bank. They claim I was only approved for 600 sq. ft. of flooring, why would I agree to that when I clearly showed them that the total area was slightly over 800 sq. ft.? I even asked them to show me that in writing...guess what....never got it. A $72,000 loan for just one side of a roof of solar is absurd. I expected the other projects to be included in the submitted contract.

Empower yourself by completing everything in writing and on the submitted contract. This is your best defense against companies that take advantage of people already struggling to make ends meet. Otherwise, they'll take the money and leave you high and dry.

As others like Emily Mora suggested, I am also filing a complaint with the ROC. The process is straight forward and can be done online. This is a crucial step in holding them accountable for their practices.

Update: currently have an active ROC complaint, we also got a lawyer involved but still company doesn’t respond. please read your contracts we were misled by them saying we will receive additional paperwork which we never received. We were taking advantage by this company. Take your business elsewhere respectfully save yourself the headache.

Company has over 15 active complaints on the AZ ROC website, look at the BBB website as well facebook anywhere and you will find the truth about this company. look it up before doing business with them.
We had to learn the hard way by doing business with them. They lie and say they will do it all paint a beautiful picture that quickly turns into a nightmare. Do not listen to these wonderful reviews this company has they are all fake written by the own employees or even bought.
They do not pay the people they hire to install the material. They like to take advantage of people to get to the top. Can’t even grieve my dead daughter in peace because of this company. They are such a nightmare!
