Went to nearby Apple store to review options for mac book not powering on. Apple could not boot and said only option was a $600 likely logic board replacement and could not restore HDD. Went to MacMedia to see if we could salvage HDD data. MacMedia performed a hard reset and got the mac book working in a few minutes. Amazing knowledge and practice. Thank you.

Twice, I have gone to MacMedia for a battery for a Macbook Air. The first time was for an original Macbook Air, and Apple told me the batteries were no longer available. Somehow, MacMedia was able to replace the battery without an issue. The second time was last week. Apple told me they could replace the battery, but it would take up to 10 business days. I called MacMedia from the Apple store, confirmed they had the battery (this is a 2019 Macbook Air), dropped it off on Saturday afternooon and picked it up Monday morning. I asked how I could better maintain battery life, and they were able to help me with that as well.

The guys there have always been super helpful, respectful, and seem knowledgeable.

Sam was amazing. I brought in my son’s iPad for repair because I thought the lightning port was damaged. Turns out part of the lightning cable was stuck inside. It took him 1 minute to get it out and iPad is working perfectly now. Extremely professional and polite, hard to find good businesses like these. I will definitely come back for all future repairs!

Beautiful store, nice people, took my two dead Macs and will repair them. They have a large selection of SONOS and audio equipment in general. The store was clean and bright with a pleasant wood style finish inside. Thanks for a great overall repair experience.

Apple wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to fix the issue. I called and talked with Sam, one of the workers who was most helpful over the phone. Worth the drive out to old town Scottsdale. Was able to clean the keys without difficulty. Would highly recommend for a simple service issue that Apple wants to charge you way more money for.

Had appt, got there and had this. Line out the door. Was past my appt obviously when I got to the counter, and the young girl there couldn’t have cared less about it. I tried sharing about having an appt and she moved on from the subject so fast she might as well told me to shut up. Nothing was done with my device except I was told it’s old and to just buy a new one as they are cheaper now. I’m so glad I made this drive today.
