Use them to pick up the oil in the restaurant where I work as a manager. Always punctual and always available when whenever we call. Recommended them to the manager at our Orlando location and they switched as well. Very reasonable grease trap cleaning prices as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely horrible...I have a grease container that I have been trying to get emptied for 2 weeks outside my restaurant. Every time I call, nobody seems to have a clue how to fix the problem. If you own a restaurant, avoid these guys at all costs. Completely clueless.

I would like to add to my review...after Green Star didn't pick up my container as I had requested, I called them. They explained to me that they wouldn't pick up the container until I took down this review. I have oil leaking all over my back dock. I have been asking them to do something about it for nearly 3 weeks, yet, when I write an honest review, I am black-mailed into taking it down. If you are reading this, learn from my mistakes. These guys are bigger crooks than I ever imagined. Absolutely horrible, unethical business practices.

I don’t usually review companies or businesses, but I felt compelled to say something after these guys went above and beyond to address my needs. I needed somebody to regularly service my grease trap and collect my used oil. I’ve had such terrible experiences and service for the other companies. Green Star Biodiesel has been a pleasure since day one. Anybody in the restaurant industry who needs to dispose of their used cooking oil or needs their grease trap serviced, look no further. These are the people you need!

One of the very few companies that actually answer their calls and are reliable. I used a few different companies in the past but there was always some type of issue. I use green star biodiesel because they always on time with picking up our oil, always answer the phone, and never leave a mess. I appreciate you guys, thanks!
