On 7/22/21 I needed to have some furniture, mattress and some general junk hauled off. I went online and scheduled an appointment with 1-800-got junk.

Appointment was scheduled from 2pm-4pm. At 3pm I called their customer service to confirm my appointment because I never received a confirmation email. The customer service rep confirmed my appointment was on the schedule. Fast forward to 4:10pm I get a call from 1-800-got junk and they advised they were in Kissimmee (roughly an hour+ away) and that their trailer was full. They attempted to get me to reschedule.

So now its 4:30pm and I’m scrambling to find a company to get this junk removed. I called a few companies I found with a quick search. The first two couldn’t fit it on the schedule.

The next company I called was Mainstreet Junk Removal and spoke with Luke. I explained my situation. He told me his trailer was pretty full and he wouldn’t have time to take his load to the dump (closes at 5pm) to be able to fit my stuff in.

I explained that I understood and thanked him for his time. He then said to not worry that he’d still come by and we’d make something work.

Luke arrived shortly after and spent extra time to arrange the junk in his trailer to accommodate all of mine.

Luke’s willingness to go above and beyond saved me from having to take another day off from work and is a testament to the high quality service from Mainstreet Junk Removal.

The price was great as well!

Will definitely use them again in the future!
