From the moment I called and Bryan picked up the phone, I knew I was in great hands. Bryan is not only knowledgeable, but he was very patient with me, explaining all of the proper steps I needed to take In order to have my space tested and the remediation done. He was able to do the test within 24 hours of calling , which I greatly appreciated and straight after the results called me and made a plan I felt comfortable with to fix everything in the apartment. It was done swiftly. The team was incredibly tidy, efficient, and the craftsmanship was perfect. They replaced walls, did paint work and even built new columns in my apartment. Hired Manhattan Lead to test lead levels in our very old loft apartment. It was super easy to schedule an appointment via phone. Luke, who conducted the testing, arrived on time. He was very friendly and informative and answered my questions throughout, and also provided some helpful info and suggestions.
