No services for room cleaning, trash removal, or towels. It's very basic and operates more like an Airbnb. Breakfast is provided, but it's pretty generic. The complimentary cookies are nice and the location is good.

Incredibly uncomfortable beds. We all got horrible sleep each night regardless of which bed we tried.

There is no one on site in the evenings and rarely do you see someone during the day.

I do not recommend this place.

Nice little bed & breakfast type lodge right on the river. Parking is a joke. We couldn’t find a spot, so we ended up paying $30/day in the dirt lot next door. I don’t necessarily blame the lodge for the parking issue however. It’s an overall Telluride issue. We were in a room downstairs, could hear people above us. No A/C - room was stuffy, so you’ll want to open windows to cool things down before bed. Was delighted there was a box fan in the room for helping with the airflow. Location is great! Rarely saw staff, but when we did, they were friendly. The shared kitchen/dining area was well stocked with snacks & an ice machine. Was a bit loud in the morning since the dining area is near downstairs rooms.

We stayed at this cozy, welcoming, lodge for 4 nights while skiing. It’s an easy walk to the gondola (even in ski boots) and a block or two into quaint Telluride, restaurants, shops. The staff is helpful, accommodating to early check-in, late check-out, and so friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was fun meeting other guests in the common kitchen/lounge while enjoying a plentiful breakfast or making your own. The hot tub provided a soothing soak after a day on the slopes. We will stay here the next time!

We absolutely loved our experience at the Manitou Lodge. The proximity to the free town gondola plus town lifts is amazing and the staff at the Lodge were super friendly and helpful. We came with a number of questions and they answered them all. We also loved the breakfast. It was filling and had lots of options for everyone's needs, plus good, fresh coffee. The hot tub was hot and a good spot to relax. The rooms had extras like humidifiers to make your stay better. If you're considering this place go for it!

Very cute place! Great location just a walk away from down town and located right on the creek. Easy check in, the room was nice and it was quiet. The hot tub was also very nice after a long day of hiking

Great Lodge, with a good, simple continental breakfast, comfortable beds and a super location and nice amenities.
Others mentioned issues with having to climb stairs, and it's only a two-story place. However, the upper story lofts do have a set of stairs which are fairly steep (aka lofts) up to the bed.

There is no one on site after 5 pm. So make sure you have everything you need before then. Someone is there during the day only. Rooms are nice.It's small but nice. Very soothing river 2 feet from the rooms. You can hear the running water all night.

Great host Retta who makes your stay even more special. She is friendly and most knowledgeable. Ready to help you plan your stay.||The lodge itself is very cozy and warm. Has a common kitchen with a sitting area where u can relax and mingle with the rest of the people. ||Breakfast is simple but yet filling and refreshing. ||Location is superb. Next to a lovely trail along the river. And the Main Street is walking distance. ||I would go back to this lodge again for sure.
