lived here for 1 year several years ago. very good location, got its own pool and everything. living room is hardwood floor not carpet so easy to clean. some other aspects are bad: the electronic gate to underground parking is very hard to use. Leasing office not helpful. maintainence person show up in your apartment at random time even though you pick time in tickets already. LOUD noise from trash truck every Thursday or Friday morning. and as mentioned in many other posts, they charge a lot upon move out. Not sure if management team has changed since then, but it was not a pleasant experience when I stayed.

This people won't deserve not even one star also if possible i will give them negative.
The management was so reckless.
I was trying to rent an apartment in Maplewood and I’m trying to contact to the number given in their website, I am calling for one week daily every time I am getting the same message “Sorry the mail box is full and there is no enough space to leave a message”
Why would they post in all websites about there apartments if they really don’t want to show us and simply wasting our time.

Zeus Housing rents out a unit in this complex. This place is a ghetto. Building is straight from 1965 and absolutely decrepit.

You can’t even enter the parking lot without destroying the underbody of your car. The entrance is so poorly designed you will scrape your underbody

Electronic Front gate entrance wasn’t working so was locked out of the complex

Building smells like death

No sound proofing, sleeping in the bedroom is like camping on a busy expressway

Bikes were haphazrdly in my assigned parking spot when I moved in
