Rudest people I’ve ever met. We gave them the money to put us on city water 4 months ago and they still haven’t done anything!!! Don’t live in or near where you have use them!!! They refuse to clean up on their side of the right a way & don’t won’t to have any new or more customers

Dreadful people, perfectly dreadful. Unethical and without any compassion. They get off on being unkind. I NEVER leave reviews but when a company knows you have to have the service and so they get to treat any way they desire and they chose callousness...well, and for what Why? I just don’t understand and I’m glad I don’t. I would never want to handle business like they do.

Marbury water has the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life.The best advice I can give any one that reads this “pay the money and dig a well”. What a joke the only one that has good customer service skills is Heather in the office every one else can go pound sand especially the P.O.S general manager

Horrible customer service, especially the "after hours" operator. Been a customer over 11 years who is constantly overcharged. I paid for plumbers to do a pressure test to check for leaks, and our plumbing and pipes are sound and true. The customer service rep asked ne "home many times do you water your horses? LOL, SERIOUSLY? IRONICALLY, the bill reduced for 8 months afterwards, but that didn't last. HAVE A NEW BABY, THANK GOD. IN THE THRILL OF THE EXCITEMENT OF NEW PARENTHOOD, MY WIFE OVER LOOKED PAYING THE WATER BILL. GUESS WHAT? YOU GUESSED IT, PAPPA COMES HOME AND WATER IS OFF, NO CALL FROM THIS COMPANY, OR THE FREAKING COURTESY OF KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. YOU WOULD THINK A COMPANY EOULD DO THAT, RIGHT? ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU ALWAYS PAY, ONLY COMPLAINED ONCE AND A BENZ AND HUMMER IS IN THE DRIVEWAY. JUST SAYING MAN, YOU DO SUCK, AND I AM MAD. TRIED TO PAY AT 430, NOONE CAN CUT IT ON. LOL..... JOKE... SAD THE DEATSVILLE COMMUNITY'S OUTGROWN THE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THE AREA. YOU GET SOOOOO MUCH MORE INCOME THAN EVER DUE TO THE GREAT GROWTH, BUT CANT EVEN DIAL OR KNOCK ON A OBVIOUSLY OCCUPIED AND WELL MAINTAINED HOME.

my experience with Marbury water works from the begining has been a nightmare to say the least.,they require a $500.00 deposit and a $75.00 connect fee even if you have good credit and no way to ever get it back unless you sell your house;most utility companies will credit your account after a year of good payment history.
