These guys were awesome! Was able to ship a laptop and iPhone to them; both had broken screens. They had them replaced in no time and were in communication with me about what was going on and when to expect them. I called Marco Island Technology this morning and explained that I had dropped a portable hard drive. David and George told me to come in right away and they could assess the extent of the damage. Within 20 minutes, they diagnosed the problem and referred me to a lab that could repair the unit and recover all my data. They did this all for the cost of a review. Outstanding guys with exceptional integrity and service! They saved my bacon!

Went in to get my battery changed on my 6 year old MacBook Pro. George was beyond helpful, to the point that he told me how to fix it without replacing the battery. The guy behind me needed help with his iPhone and David helped him without charging him anything. All they asked was to put a few bucks in their tip jar. So far my computer is acting right. Good help is hard to come by these days, these guys are great help!
