I have been using Markgraf's for 20 plus years. Installed two furnaces, humidifiers and today a new home air purifier system. There service is exceptional, having had issues in the middle of the winter, they were out within hours and stayed until 8pm resolving the problem. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

They put a boiler in my house and then they came out to locate wires to the heating tubes they had no idea where they put the wires they walked around for hours. Never bothered to call me to contact me. I felt like I was dealing with the three stooges very unprofessional.

Service technician came out and clearly didn’t know what he was doing, and then person from their team just called and could not have been more rude. Would not use again

The heater went out on a Sunday in February very cold out they came fixed it im very happy with there service very prompt and professional.
