Absolutely wonderful experience and I highly recommend. The inspection occurred because I am in a rentaI that has mold. The Inspector doing my inspection highly recommended Markham. I know I am getting the best when someone in the industry makes the recommendation. I was working on quick closing...so Liz arranged an inspection on the day that I called. The Certified Inspecter. Bill, was on time, professional and an expert in the business. Infact, Bill saved me from buying a property that actually has mold too. Im looking at new property again and I will definitely be using Markham. Thank you both for being accommodating, meticulous, professional and most importantly diagnostic. My sincerest gratitude.

My daughter has asthma and has recently moved into a apartment complex near her college. The apartment was filthy upon move in. She was having trouble breathing. We reached out to Liz and Mike at Markham Services. An inspection was performed by Sean. I was presented with a thorough report enabling me to reach out to the complex with firm evidence that the situation needed to be rectified ASAP. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done!

Easy to work with, quick appointments for mold testing, results verbally in about 2 days, written report emailed to you within a few more days. Reasonable fees, no pressure to remediate when nothing found - honest tests!
