November 2022. The only part of this whole service received was the foreman was very polite, cordial and answered all my questions. 1. Communications were not timely. 2. With at least 6 plus crew members on the roof, it took 2 plus days to strip and reroof my home. 3. Cleanup was sorta ok. Some of gutter screens they removed were not re-installed and I found on the ground. My tarps we were laced over the tree damaged area was tossed into the yard. I refilled and put in our garage. The tree branch was tossed to the ground and nothing done with it. 4. I didn’t realize the price that was quoted in writing was so so bloody high after I had signed the contract, but I agreed to pay. I asked if they had any financing available. Ended up getting it done thru our credit union. I tried to explain this to the female that finally called me back (who was one of the owners). I also told her I left messages for someone to call me but no returns. She yelled, shouted and called me liar. They were in the process of moving the company to a new location out of town. Got the new address and sent the check thru a controlled mailing. They had finished the roof just before we left out of state for Thanksgiving. So, 3 months later, we notice a nice size water stain in my mothers bedroom on the ceiling (about 2 feet in circumference). There was a couple of small spots missing a shingle or so. My hubby calls the company to inform there’s a roof leak. Foreman and another person come out and promptly made the repair. They didn't knock on the door or call to indicate a visit, no greeting, didn’t request to see the stain area inside, didn’t say anything when they left. March 2024, a electrician goes into our attic. He made comment it looked like a can of nails exploded every where and shingle pieces. No, we will not recommend this roofing company to anyone.

Currently 9 weeks pregnant and on our way to family's for a 4th of July party and had to vomit. Was able to lose my breakfast in their parking lot instead of on the side of the road in a corn field, which would have made my experience much less comfortable. Deserves 5 stars in my book.

I had an excellent experience with Martin Roofing. The lady at the front desk who took my call was very pleasant and helpful. The tech was able to meet me at my house 20 minutes after calling and had the repair work done in about 20 minutes. They also charged me half of what a competitor “minimum charge” was going to be (the competition still haven’t even called me back yet), and the Martin Roofing tech was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be referring people to Martin Roofing in the future!

The owner and guys in the office are wonderful people very easy to get along with they have a hard working bunch of guys ready to get the job done big or small there's nothing they can't do and now solar give him a call you won't regret it commercial and residential
