The folks at Master Guys demolition were great to work with for our building tear down. They took care of everything including the tear down, asbestos removal, taking up the parking lot and even downing a dead tree! I would highly recommend Master Guys Demolition for demo and/or hauling needs. I just completed my 5th renovation and Thomas and his team at Master Guys Demolition were the best demo and hauling company that I have used. This project was a 5000 square foot condo and they completed the job in less than 10 days (other demo companies estimated 3 weeks) and were priced very fairly. This project also included dismantling an elevator. It saved me a ton of money from what a general contractor would charge. In summary, they are fast, reliable, mindful of building association rules, work well with general contractors, clean up after their work each day, and are very fairly priced.
