We had an ice dam form on our roof which caused a massive leak into our home. It was like a waterfall coming from the ceiling. Our window and its frame was damaged. These guys did a great job at fixing our window. They really care that their customers are happy and did everything they could to ensure that the end result looked good to us. I am grateful for their service. Ricardo was honest and did whatever he could to ensure we were happy.

If you want the job done right, give these guys a call. I used Master Service Group Last year for a water issue and they did a great job. It started out with a roof leak after the hail storm that damaged the roof. I had the roof repaired but my whole unit was flooded. Mold spores had begun too. They had somebody come here and assess things. Then within another day or two, they started the work. They thoroughly went through everything and cleaned all the mold spores. They did their work and they did it correctly. Plus they let us know every time they came out which was courteous and real nice. They also informed me about every progress of work explaining each and every step. Master service group also dealt with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Master Service Group.

Three mounts ago i had a disaster in my hometown, flood et all 3 floors from a frozen water pipe.
I was devastate in disbelief, did not know what to do!
Country Financial sent me Master Service Group team, they arrived in 20 minutes after I called, evaluated and started work immediately.
From 100% humidity in my house in that very day, 2 days later went down to 17%, I couldn't believe my eyes!
They worked fantastic, professionally (equipment is super sophisticated and good), clean ad on time!
I also chose them as my general contractor, results are as good.
I'm happy back in my house completed remodeled by codes!

We had an unfortunate event of our boiler being overfilled, which resulted in our entire condo flooding with boiling water. My insurance agent recommended Jerry for the job. He was in our condo instantly to assess the damage. Within a few days we were in a hotel (sponsored by State Farm) as Jerry and his guys started working. Through out the process Jerry and his brother Chris were very communicative. Once the job was completed there were the expected imperfections, but were very quickly corrected. In the end, our condo looks better than it did prior to the flood. In addition to being expert craftsmen, these gentlemen understand insurance, which made this whole entire process as painless as one could expect. My recommendation is unequivocal.
