I cannot say enough good things about Masters Brothers. My partner and I have 3 houses between us and we’ve utilized their services no fewer than 10 times in the past year alone. They have installed a new furnace, serviced an old one, reworked duct work, installed recessed lighting, added outlets, moved wiring, added breakers, and run electricity in an attic. Their crew is always professional, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair and when paired with a service contract, can’t be beat! Keep them in mind for your next project.

We had Jeff and Johnny come out to do a duct cleaning. They were both professional and personable. Did a great job on the ducts. Appreciated that they wore covers over their shoes when inside the house.

From the first call (thank you , Michelle!) to the completion of the job, this was a great company to work with. Very friendly, professional. Kris came to give us an estimate for installing a fan and lighting in a bathroom. He was generous with his time and had many helpful suggestions. Chris was the electrician who came and did the installation. Very courteous, upbeat, efficient. Work was exactly what we wanted. He took time to look at some problems we have with our hvac in the attic before leaving, too.
Their estimate was very reasonable and they stuck to it, too.
Very pleased with Masters Bros. We won’t hesitate to call them again.

I had them come out to look at my furnace after it stopped working. Not only did they incorrectly diagnose the problem. But the only solution they could offer was replacing the entire furnace... for the low-low price of $15,000!

Originally they said the blower motor was bad (it wasn't), when i asked if we could replace it with a similar motor that I already had on hand, they said no. When I asked why, I was told that the motor I have (which is the same size and had almost identical specs) couldn't be used because it's not the exact part. This made no sense to me, so, long story short, I called someone else out who was happy to swap the motor for me (I'm not comfortable doing my own electrical), only to find out it was a $20 bearing that was bad in the fan. The motor is fine and humming right along.

Not only did masters not even attempt to solve my problem, but when I said i couldn't afford a new furnace until the spring, they told me to call them then and left me and my family without heat.

Y'all messed up because I would have absolutely hired you to replace the furnace in the spring had you got it working long enough to get to that point. Now you will never get my business and I will make sure to be as loud as possible about it.

Terrible business practice and inexperienced technicians. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I called Master Bros due to my whole house humidifier not working properly. They had someone at my house the next day. The tech was nice and professional. He ensured the whole house humidifier was fixed (he had to replace the panel). He took the old panel so he could confirm the replacement would be under warranty.

MB plumbing did a great job repairing a leaky toilet and repair of our tub faucets for a fare price. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire them back when needed.

Really good service, These guys are really good. Peter Beadle understood the urgency and came right at 8 in the morning. He was very patient, answered all my questions and completed the job with in an hour. He stood there for good 30 minutes to monitor that everything is working as expected. 100% recommended.

My furnace went out and I had to call on a weekend and Cole was super prompt in calling me right away and letting me know when he was going to be there. He took care of everything and explained what was happening and was super nice and professional. You never want to have to call anyone to repair something on the weekend but he was super nice and made the experience less stressful!
