I left a message on Mastertech's VM on a Saturday and received a return phone call within the hour. Marcus came out to my house the following week to test for mold in my basement. He was super professional and explained and showed me all areas of concern. Services were thorough and Marcus was very knowledgeable. These guys know their stuff and take pride in their work and the company.
Even took the time to go over my results a few days later and make recommendations that I was confident in. I would trust them 100% with any services of this kind. Highly recommended !!

Discovered a bad mold problem in my attic that was due to a long and drawn out issue with a contractor. Among many other things, the mold surprise was just the cherry on top of a horrible experience. Marcus was quick to reach out after my inquiry for an estimate, kind, professional and informative. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently and I rest easy with the confidence that I was taken care of. I’m truly appreciative of Marcus and his team for taking care of my issue that was not only the result of a painful experience with a contractor but was also posing a significant health risk to myself, my wife and toddler. I hope I never need Mastertech again, but I know if I do, I can count on them!

Marcus arrived quickly after my call to investigate the source of mold in our garage. He detected a roof leak and recommended a roofer for that repair. At the same time he provided a course of action and cost estimate to remediate the mold. The price was reasonable and the work was accomplished efficiently and effectively, and I was presented with appropriate certifications at the end. Marcus was professional and an expert in mold remediation. I would definitely recommend him.

I am very happy with the water pump that was installed. The installers were fast and price was reasonable. We haven’t had any more issues since the installation and I would definitely use this company for any jobs needed in the future.

Have been using Master Plumbing and Heating for almost 40 years. Their service is as good today ( even better with new technology) as it was forty years ago. Totally honest, responsive and efficient. They are available 24/7!

I cannot say enough good about my experience with Marcus and his professionalism. I was recommended to another company by my insurance company, and that company didn't return my calls and I never managed to schedule an appt. for an estimate.
Marcus on the other hand was quick to return calls, emails, answered all my questions, explained the process fully, managed to complete the job in one day, and left absolutely NO debris behind.
He also went above and beyond by purchasing a dehumidifier for me (I had broken my wrist and couldn't drive) so I would be in compliance with the guarantee!
I highly recommend MasterTech and their team.
