This is not an electrician; it is a booking company. You pay their fee, and they call an electrician. I paid a $200 call-out fee, and they booked an electrician to come to my house. I then paid a service fee to the electrician that arrived. They offer near-zero value.

Called for electric service for an outlet not working properly. I prepaid $149 for the appointment. The technician only had to replace that one outlet and tighten a bathroom wall fixture. He was in and out in under half an hour (including taking payment). An additional charge of $324. So nearly $500 for 20 minutes of work. I should have known better when I asked the person who scheduled the appointment what their rate was. She said they they don't have a rate they decide at the job site what the charges are.

I've worked with Matt's Electric Company few times now on a number of electric projects I've had and they've become my go-to for any electrical issues. The foreman and his team are always on time and get the job done ahead of schedule. It's been a pleasure working with them and we'll continue to do so in the future. We phoned him since he clearly knows what he's doing. He was pleasant, efficient and amusing. He changed six light fixtures in an hour with very little clean-up. Great electricians from Matts Electric Co. company! They showed up as scheduled and provided an excellent service. They were very professional, knowledgeable polite throughout the whole process. They replaced all our bulbs in just two hours. I will highly recommend them.

We hired them for upgrading our electric panel, in order to support the air conditioner. Three technicians came on time early in the morning, as we had scheduled. They removed all the wires, took the old panel off from the wall, install the new panel, reconnect all the wires, recover the electricity, and painted my wall around the new panel. They finish all the job in just 5 hours, very professional and efficient. Recommended!

They gave me a 10AM time frame to show up to provide an estimate. I agreed to paying the 200 dollar service call as I really wanted to see if they lived up to the other positive Google reviews. 2.5 hours later, my wife and I are still sitting in our house with no contact initiated from their end.

These guys need to get with the program. Comcast has better customer service - at least they show up. Additionally, they were the only electrician that mandated a service fee for an estimate.
