I don't know why Mauricio keeps me as a client but so glad he does. I reached out to him at 5:30 in tax day on Oct 15 to ask for an extention but he said there is none. He said he was in the office for only half an hour more and to get my W2s in. I did but an hour later I hadn't heard from him so I thought I was too late.

He called me at 8:30 and waited on the phone with me while I searched for more documents on my phone. His patience got me a small refund.

Bonus: they office speaks Spanish.

Every year I have a headache for filing Tax. This year it’s almost near the end of the deadline, I was introduced by a friend to this service. So I called and got an appointment the next day. Intimidated, I walked into the office and didn’t know what to expect. Surprisingly and dramatically the office manager took so much time talking to me getting over with my paperwork. Then within about an hour, the mission achieved. What a miracle! Thank you all for helping me. I’ll keep working with you guys in the future.
