Jason O. was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the installation of a new garbage disposal for me, and made sure I knew some troubleshooting ideas. He even went above and beyond by helping to level my electric range that had not been properly balanced when installed by another company. In the past week, MB came out to my business and my home. Both times they were quick to respond and professional with the service.
Kevin was my tech for my home call. He was pleasant and informative. I called in the morning, they arrived 4 hours later and had the problem diagnosed, fixed and out the door in about 30 minutes.
I wasn’t there for the business call, but the staff that manages the building said to get MB stickers on everything so we know who to call next time. MB must have impressed there too.

Hello👋🏽. I would like to compliment the outstanding service that was provided for me on today😃. I would like to say that I was VERY satisfied with the service that the technician Zach performed👍🏽. There was no heat coming out of our registers and our home was cold. Zach came in identified the problem and fixed the issue. Zach did an outstanding job! He was very skillful, knowledgeable, helpful and kind! I was very satisfied with the service and with Zach's performance and because of the great service we have chosen to remain with MB heating and cooling for all future maintenance and repairs and would like to request Zach everytime! I also would like to thank the wonderful ladies in the office Lucy, Hannah, Ellen and a few more of which I forgot their names my apologies. They were all helpful, kind and polite thank you ladies! Definitely 5 stars across the board!!👌🏽👌🏽

Logan and Colt were awesome. They encountered a number of issues that made the removal of all our bathroom fanlights and installation of the new ones difficult at best. They did a great job and were very pleasant under trying conditions. Couldn't have turned out better.

A week ago, I had an issue with my water heater. Technician Jay S. arrived at my home and looked into the issue. He discovered the problem and took the time to explain what was going on. He was very professional and personable. Thank you MB for having people like this dealing with customers. I'll definitely call again in the future.

Everyone we've talked to has been nice, but I took time off work yesterday morning to be home for a service appointment for routine boiler maintenance visit only to find out they had put the time in as 9:30PM-10:30PM so no technician showed up. Called, got that sorted out and extended my time off so I could be here for the technician they sent in the afternoon.

Technician was very friendly and knew what he was doing, but said we needed to get a couple replacement parts for our boiler and he would be back the next morning. Heard nothing until I called this afternoon to find out no one would be coming today.

I wouldn't be annoyed--mistakes and miscommunications happen--but everything was working before the maintenance service visit and $700 later we have no heat coming out of most of our radiators and it'll be in the 30s tonight.

Came in on the weekend and capped off the problem for us, getting fixed once my wife and I pick up a new faucet. One service fee for both trips instead of doubling us up. Left it at least as clean as they found it, unlike others I've had to clean up after. 10 of 10 will recommend for sure.
