How is it possible, I don't want to change my electricity supplier. They are forcing you to do this if you haven't refused their services. They may offer, but they force you to be their customer. Scammers!!

I do not understand how my provider can be changed without my permission? My com ed bill is very reasonable, and I do not want to change providers. I get a letter on November 30th, dated November 20th stating that I have until November 28 to opt out. They were closed for the weekend. I called first thing the Monday after, and they said I am going to have them as my provider for one month because it is the day before the scheduled start date, and then I can go back to com ed. How is that even legal?

How Lake Zurich determined THIS was the place to switch everyone too, claiming competitive pricing, with an automatic opt-in despite it being >20% more expensive than ComEd's pricing (.07950 cents/kWh vs .06552 cents/kWh) is beyond me.

I worked from a similar company before, and it was scummy as hell. Standing around on College Campuses, in Gurnee Mall, Downtown Chicago, etc. asking "Do you know who your energy provider is?" to passerby's and trying to convince them to switch their energy supplier who ends up being more expensive.

These people work on comission, and no one will EVER be cheaper than ComEd except for some unique circumstances or if you yourself have solar power.

Tried to switch my electric without my permission. SCAM company... Google company address on maps.. NO SUCH company in that building by that name. Own 2 parcels next to each other.. only got opt out letter for one.. Was told by rep only certain lot pins were chosen.. THAT IS ILLEGAL. Either I contact you to switch or the complete municipality switches. I have notified BBB and ComEd and the states attorney.

All these positive reviews are definitely either done by AI or purchased by the company. Worst customer service ever. Adding extra charges from bills from last year that were allegedly never charged to me but my bills were still just as high as they ever were without increased usage. Customer service rep kept talking me in circles blaming Com Ed when its MC squared that added the charge. Would not give me a straight answer as to why I was getting this charge or why my bill for that month was not lower if they supposedly did not charge me that $50 that month. The math ain't mathin. If this was never charged to me in the first place, why was that bill not lower in the first place?

They are my supplier I have found out today. They have not charged me my supply cost for a couple of months and not is deciding to charge me for a couple of months at once with no communication. I didn't even know who this company is and I somehow opted to use them? I have tried to call them and their customer service is a joke. I would at all costs stay away from thos business.

They dirty deal with the corrupt politicians in your town and get the energy billed through them without you signing up. Thank you governor Quinn. In 2009. Keep voting democrat and you will get more of this. Just another reason I need to escape Illinois.

I just called to opt out, and the customer service rep was on drugs, like straight up this lady was on xanax, slurred speech, no sense, mumbling and she hung up twice on me. Like others have said here, this is some sort of SCAM company that's giving kickbacks to corrupt local politicians within the Chicagoland area. Opt out immediately before you are locked in. Imagine your power getting knocked out like with this recent storm and you can't even call Comed for help, but have to deal with this drug addict/scammer company. Avoid like the plague!!
