Great experience, even better sandwich. Your momma can't make you a sandwich that good. Everything was clean and well kept inside, the young people behind the counter were on task and doing a wonderful job. Best meal.of the day by far.

We were traveling and stopped for a quick dinner. The employees were friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. We ordered potato soup; it was hot and tasted great. The sandwiches were done quickly and brought to our table as we were enjoying the soup. I was surprised to see everything was served on real plates!

Had a simple online order that I picked up at the window. 2 chef salads, a Rueben sandwich and a spudmax. Got home, 25 miles away, no ranch dressing, but 2 sour creams and the sandwich was a Memphian instead of a Rueben. I'm a little disappointed. I've only had their food once before. It was a delivery to our office. It was also wrong. It seems like a small thing but they were not busy at all today and nothing was ordered special. I won't be patronizing this restaurant again.

The wife and I stopped by this location recently and this was my 3rd McAlister's experience and I must say, it was the best one yet. This location at the time was not very busy, the place was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and they had sweet tea. I got the Italian and the wife got the Chicken Salad. Mine came with olives and I'm not the biggest fan of them, but with the layers of flavor going on they were hardly noticeable.

I go there every time I go to MTV. Everyone has always been so nice, accommodating & welcoming. Friday a lady I have never seen there, was so rude!! I was their first customer so they weren't busy. I ordered the same thing I always order, to go.. the sandwiches were awful! We threw them away...

We stopped through here on a trip and had a great experience. I used to eat at McAlister's often when I was growing up so I was thrilled to see one along our route.

I ordered ahead but didn't get the order placed until we were about 5 minutes away. It wasn't quite ready when we got there but I didn't wait long.

The first thing I noticed when we pulled up was the "expecting mother" parking spaces up front. This is something I've never before seen but have thought about many times!

The prices were reasonable and they have a reward program which includes a free tea when you sign up. They have great sweet and unsweetened tea.

My husband got a steak and cheese sandwich and I ordered the king club. The king club is massive! It was only a dollar fifty or so more than the McAlister's club and said it was twice ingredients so I figured my hangry husband could have some if he wanted. I'll tell you what, it really is double the sandwich, we could have shared it!

The staff was very friendly and the food tasted great. We will definitely stop here again.

My plate and spoon were dirty and my son had a dead fly floating in his soup when the server put it on the table. We were traveling from Kentucky to Iowa and have always liked all other McAlester’s Deli’s we have eaten at. Stay away from this one. The counter attendant was nice.

First time going and the food was way better than expected. They'll make you rethink that a club should taste like.
