I had a great experience buying from McCullough's. The piece of equipment was described well and priced fairly. After I committed to the purchase, I requested that their mechanics fix a flat tire on the machine (I bought it as is; knowing about the tire) and charge me for the work since I needed to load it up to bring it home. When I got the machine, the tire was fixed and they didn't even charge! They were really great to work with. I would go there again.

We ordered a new 97-2 from McCullough and as we waited a few months for it to arrive, we picked up an attachment that we love as well as didn't buy a brush cutter because they told us to hold off until we know exactly what we were using machine wise as well as how often. We had cash in hand and they had stock so I appreciated their honesty in not taking our money but wanting to sell us the right product. We will definitely buy from them again.

Five Stars all around. After buying many pieces of equipment throughout the years, my most recent experience with McCullough inspired me to write a review with great appreciation.
After researching for weeks online, I had selected 3 candidates by order discovered to source my machine. The first two had auto attendants and my first call to McCullough was picked up right away by a very nice person and routed to the salesperson who gave me all the time and information I needed to make a decision. My salesperson followed up with email for requested information and included their private cell phone number which we both used for text and calls that made the process go so smoothly. From inquiry to purchase and logistics for cross country delivery that fit my schedule around pending jobs and then continued exceptional service after the sale with a number of questions I had and even a call from the sales manager to inquire about how everything went. From start to finish and after the sale, I can easily recommend McCullough whether you are next door or in my case across the country. I highly recommend them and am certain they will be my first call when I look to acquire another machine.

Well run store with a nice variety of products you won’t find everywhere. I worked with Josh Munsterman on the purchase of a VAL6 heater. He gave me tips on what kind of fuel to use and also safe operation to protect my floor. That was very helpful, plus their price point is competitive. Good product, good service, good price. That’s a nice combination.

I purchased a used skid steer from McCullough Implement and had it shipped to Tennessee. The salesman, Ryan Busick, was great. He took pictures and videos and did everything needed to portray the machine so that I would not be disappointed when I received it. The whole transaction went very smooth and the machine was exactly as they advertised. I highly recommend this company.
