I don’t usually publish reviews about any company but this place is horrible. For those of you that are looking for any water filtration products and services - STAY AWAY. Today it hits my one year from purchasing their water filter system and they called me regarding replacing a new filter every year. The sales person gave me bad attitude after finding out I’d like to replace the filter myself. She hang up on me. Sadly since they sell specific filter so I still have to buy it from them which remind me over and over how stupid I was not googling their reviews before purchasing their product last year.
BE AWARE. This place deserve a zero star if it were an option.

October 2020- I experienced the same terrible and rude after sale services from the sales person as stated in other reviewers comments. I have had purchased both water softener and filter water installed by MCS. Recently I only need to replace the water dispenser. The sales person tried to up sell me the whole drinking system. After I repeatedly declined, she tried to up sell me the water softener system because it is “old” according to their record. In fact I had already replaced their softener with Culligan due to the terrible service. After many declines to buy a complete system and I only want the part she demanded only cash for the part with exact amount of $35, “we don’t accept credit card for small purchase” she gave me a very hard stare when I handed her $40 (two $20 bills). She demanded exact amount but I didn’t have it. Very reluctantly, she went to a cash box and pulled out a bunch of $5 and gave me the change. I do not understand why so much hassle just to buy a small part.

Over the years when I needed repairs or parts, every SINGlE time I dealt with this company, the attitude has always been extremely rude unless you are buying a whole systems from day one. I tried to avoid doing any more business with MCS Rowland Height location. But I can’t find replacement parts from other sources due to the exact sizes or designs to fix the MCS systems. So beware of the long painful journey of after sales with MCS.

December 2020 - The water dispenser I bought in October broke in less than 3 months!!! It dispenses water even the switch is off. I downgraded the rating for this company from 2 stars to 1 star (no star if it is an option) .

This business rips off those who can’t speak English by selling you replacement filters at double the price you can find elsewhere online. They were also very reluctant to teach you how to replace the filters yourself so they can charge you for house call. The worst is that the staff have HORRIBLE attitude. If you’re gonna take my money then better treat me with respect.

The sales at MCS were very informative and patient. Although their English was not fluent, they still tried their best to communicate with me and helped me understand their products. It's no secret that California's tap water is dirty and tastes horrible. After installing their drinking water system, I tasted a significant difference in the water I drink. The purified water is more crisp and refreshing compared to tap water.

Once they get you to buy their product the after sales service is not there if so it is terrible....the customer service gals needs to be trained how to be polite to customers.

Bad service, bad attitude, greedy/dishonest people working in there. Don't do business with them. Lets drive them out of business and teach them a lesson.
