My husband reefer trailer was messing up and needed fixing. Found this place gotta deliver at Walmart this morning well they were nice and fixed issue. Dropped trailer yesterday evening and picked it back up this morning. Parked bobtail outside gate was safe.

Had my comfort pro APU for truck worked on today at this location out of all the places I've been Nebraska, North Dakota, and a few others Carrier locations this place was the bombshell for repairs they went over my apu with a microscope and fixed it properly. Just to say it was worked on 10 days before from another location that I'll not be returning to. I will be differently returning here for sure. Thank you very much for fixing wish there was a 10 star rating.

This place service is very bad! I sent my trailer in to do the inspection, ending up over $2000 with the work they put on my trailer without telling me the actual work and price in advance. Without my permit on the work putting in my trailer, their worker just did whatever works they named it and forced me to pay the bill for getting my trailer back. They kept saying that they have told me the price before doing the work. But, this is not true! I feel like I was robbed and have nowhere and nobody to get help with. Is there anyone can tell me how I can get my money back?

MCT is one of my favorite vendors to work with. Service dept is always on top of our needs. I deal with Lupe, Luis and Mike all the time and have to say it feels like being able to deal with family. They really do take good care of us even if after hours .
