Our regular driver is fantastic. When it's windy he combines my vans and puts them partially under or next to a tree. Since we are on a busy street in a wide open area my cans tend to blow away sometimes. The only time I have a problem is with a fill in driver. I guess they just don't know the route as well.

Not only did the garbage can get moved to get dumped into the truck but so did the recycle. Both men go out of their trucks to move the bins and ignored the boxes that were there. Also making my driveway impassable. Great job hiring workers MDC!

Trash. That's exactly what this company is. I have had large items left behind even though I called and scheduled pickup prior. I'm sick and tired of picking up garbage all over my lawn and my neighbors because the truck knocks over my recycling and proceeds to drive away like nothing happened. I call and complain and they have the audacity to defend their ignorant and lazy driver despite all of this being caught on our ring camera footage. The recycling truck comes whenever he feels like it. Sometimes 11AM and sometimes it's 3 or 4PM & he is nowhere in sight. So much inconsistency. Avoid this POS company at all costs. Take your business elsewhere.

I don’t say it enough but my driver is great. They never leaves a mess. They always picks up the trash and recycling and puts the cans and lids back for me. Thank You! Have a great weekend.
Remember to thank everyone in your life. If they did not do what they do life would be a mess.

We had more than normal for a pick up today and weren't sure if it was going to be able to be taken and one large item and our driver Luis went above and beyond and we would like to thank him!

When shopping around for a provider they were the least expensive. With that their services mirror their low price.

About every other week the driver will shove my can into the ditch in front of my house. Or he will leave it partially out in the street. In the picture from my security camera you can see he did both this week. If any trash falls out of the can while he is emptying them he will always pick up some of it, but the rest he will leave in the street. One day he spilled some trash in the street, started screaming, picked up 1/3rd of the trash and launched my can into my yard.

The service you get with MDC is what happens when you shop on price.

Whomever does trash at Apple Creek Estates in Woodstock on Thursdays, I think his name is Kirk really went above and beyond to help me and my mother today. I called in to give a compliment but was on hold for a while so I’m hoping someone at the company sees this.
