I just wanted to give you a HUGE, “Thank you!” for the work that was done today.

It was perfect!

All I did was give you ONE call to explain the situation about the biohazard and the medications that needed to be picked up! I didn’t have to call you back to fix anything, or to ask if it was going to get done. I received a call from your team to advise me when they would arrive last Friday and they were flexible with us, which we appreciate because we have to send our guys to open up the locations!

They even took extra plastic bins for the medications! I mean really! That’s so fantastic!

It’s so difficult to find great customer service, but you and your team surpassed yourselves by giving the customer service that I wish for from others!
