I called MedPro Billing Support and left a message regarding our pending invoice. Within a matter of less than 24 hours, I received an email reassuring me that we do not have a pending invoice, and sent me the copy of the paid invoice. I also received a phone call making sure that there are no pending issues that we need to resolve. This was the easiest setup I have ever experienced! I applied for a quote online and got a call within 5 minutes with every detail I could possibly need. They were ready and happy to answer all questions and were very transparent. They did not try to push any products, they listened to my needs and gave me just that!

This company is charging for areas out of state and is not deserving of 1 star. I believe it is a location issue. We have cancelled service multiple times by email and we have left many phone calls about no service.
A red plastic bag for sharps is inappropriate and not providing sharp containers but taking ours. Please beware unable to cancel no service for over a year ago.
No service no pay.

Not even deserving of the 1 star. We started service with this company in June 2024. Pickup has been challenging to say the least. We have been given multiple dates for pickup and no one shows up. Now, I am stuck with full boxes and no empties to replace them. Called to cancel service due to the ongoing issues, and am told I owe them almost $2000 to cancel. Do not waste your precious time on this ridiculous company. Look elsewhere.
