Wouldn’t give one star even but I had to post a review. ZERO star service. Had a noise issue after doing an oil change and then they did a 3 hour diagnosis and gave me a whole bunch of issues on the car because they thought I am a first time car owner so I’ll buy it and I did. I did a 2,800$ repair which according to then should have solved all the issues but that did not happen. My car broke down the next day morning before going to a JOB interview. I couldn’t make it. Had to take it back to fix it and they came up with another issue and asked for 1,300$ repair to do another coil change. I drove this car 12 hours from VA to Highland, IL few days ago and there wasn’t a single issue and after fixing things got worse and when i asked them about it, they gave me attitude and intentionally made the condition worse. I had to buy a whole new car for my work commute now and on top of that I wasted all the money on repair which I can never get back. Being a first time car owner I lost faith over ALL car mechanics and I will work my ass off to learn about vehicles and do repairs myself from now on.

IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY. Go to local mechanics and do diagnostics from different mechanics and then make a decision. But never go to Meineke unless you are super rich.

One last thing also, they ruined my alignment as well. And my comps are also down. This was extremely disappointing experience.

This entire experience was easy and convenient. I booked my appointment online, dropped my car off, and was notified of my estimate through a text. After approval, the work was finished quickly, and payment was all handled through their secure portal. In short order, my car was repaired and ready to go. I will definitely use Meineke in the future.

Horrible service. Paid 663 My new parts weren’t greased and are washed out already. My steering wheel is 30 degrees off center after alignment. I have grease stains on my floor mats and on my door.

I was told corporate would be getting ahold of me in 48hrs. Called them personally today. Due to not being contacted. The lady said they have 48 “business” hrs. So I will be without my vehicle for ruffly 1 week.
