Promises were made and very much not kept. I haven't had it a year and have yet to see an impact to my bill. We had the power go out, and no solar. Our solar is not connected anymore we can't get a hold of anybody to come out and reset the system. Do not use this company

Michael Pechacek and Chris did a great job informing me of all steps to be done with the purchase if the solar panels. Very friendly in the meeting. They also explained the following steps that were needed to be accomplished in getting the permits, dealing of air lines, etc. Looking forward to the installation.

Update: Once I was able to get a hold of my original sales rep, the Meraki team was very helpful in getting my situation handled. They worked with me on an individual basis and quickly to resolve the issue. Can say that I may do business with them in the future.

Original: Talked to a sales rep, asked for some more time to think about such a big decision. Instead, he suggested I lock in the price, and if I still wanted to cancel, I would have three days to cool off and cancel. I took the next day, and decided to cancel. Reached out to him, and sent in the contract signed and dated within the three day window. Had it overnighted and delivered within three days, as the contract stated. Was in communication with my sales rep who was aware of my cancellation. 3 weeks later, after receiving no site survey or any other process of installing solar, I received a bill for $978. Reached out to collections with no response.

Loved the service! I only set out to get solar panels for a rental property, that I also need a new A/C unit for. I wasn't even expecting them to provide that as well and for a great price! Talk about "Killing two birds with one stone".... Thank You, Jeff Ball and Meraki Solar!

The level of detail the company and Jeff do to make sure you understand what is happening, the process and cost was very comforting. They showed up to date numbers and costs and compared off your own bills to show the pros and cons of getting solar.

Aaron Dowdy my Solar Energy Consultant was great to work with and a nice person! The solar installation was quick and under 3 hours thanks' guys (Jeol and E-man)! I pay for solar job up front
before the solar installation. Waiting till Feb 23, 2024 (to take advance of the tax credit for the Federal 2024 tax season). I understand the reason for the NOC but the loan I had arrange
with Vystar Credit Union was held up till a month after the solar
installation cause. Seem because they Meraki policy is to Not remove the NOC (lean on the house) till City Inspection and JEA
turn on the solar array. Thank to Vystar for trying to work with
Meraki rules or policies. Be sure you have the upfront money for your solar installation first and save the trouble of the NOC striction.

They got the install done quicker than originally planned. The rep, Edwin Lay, is friendly, knowledgeable. Answered all questions & kept me updated. Definitely recommend them.
