This dealership was one of the best I have delt with in a while. Thanks to Ronnie Robles who was so patient with me and got me in my brand new perfect SUV he even stayed over for me the first night I came to pick the car I wanted him pulling up 3 different cars when it was actually time for him to get off work lol he was very patient until I was satisfied which I picked my car that Saturday & picked it up the following Monday…and also Claudia my girl she was so sweet and bubbly and very informative and helpful she registered my vehicle to my phone she also took time out to go over every feature with me in my car oh and I can’t forget she took me the perfect pictures in front of my new ride.. Thanks to the management my finance advisor Luis and the whole team at Hoffman Estates for welcoming me to the Benz family…

I needed to pick up material for my company in Madison and Chicago, so decided to add a sprinter to my companies fleet. Found one Monday night on the internet located at Hoffman Estates Mercedes. Ronnie called me within 20 minutes of my email inquiry and gave me all the information I needed. Thursday morning I took delivery in freezing cold Illinois, but we were so warmly greeted by everyone in the dealership. All paperwork was done within 90 min and we were on the road in time for both pickups. It was my first out of state purchase, which can be a bit scary from 1600 miles away, but this just went awesome from start to finish. Thank you!!!

Every Service I’ve had here is top notch! Great staff all over and an incredible selection of Mercedes Benz vehicles for all needs! I’ve been to Mercedes dealers where my car was questioned on general parts. Come from Michigan because when it’s worth it it’s worth it! I worked with Chris J on buying a recent model, low mileage used Mercedes. I was a little nervous about the condition of the car since they had a fully optioned GLE 53 for $5k under blue book, but I saw their dealership has solid reviews, was shocked to see they had over 400 used vehicles in their inventory, so they're the definition of a high volume dealer, and Chris did a full video walk through for me, and gave me his word the car did not have physical defects. We agreed on terms, I wired them the money, and the transaction was completed on a Monday. By Thursday, I had the car delivered to me in the exact condition as promised, even though I was 1700 miles away. Couldn't believe how quickly it all happened. Chris never applied pressure, and was patient with my questions before the sale, and provided immediate help after the sale with follow up questions I had. Great experience.

Wanted to take a minute to leave a great review from a great experience my wife and I had at Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates. It all started with our client advisor Chris Jamnik. Chris was welcoming from the first moment we walked in. We didn’t call ahead, we simply stopped by and asked if we could test drive a SUV we were interested in. Mind you, it was around 615pm and they closed at 7pm. Within 5 minutes he found the car and had it ready for the test drive. What Chris didn’t know was that how he greeted my wife and I from the moment we walked in and treated us like friends, I knew we were going to buy from this dealership. What Chris also did not know was that we have been testing cars for the past 2 weeks (5 other different cars and dealerships). All of those dealerships and sales personnel were, let’s say a bit SuS. Those sales personnel didn’t treat us well and tried to hard sell us a vehicle as if we knew nothing about it and most of the time, they didn’t even know. With all this said, this experience ended with Chris treating us the same as when we walked in the first time - friendly, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership and I also recommend asking for Chris. Chris, if you read this- Heather and I just want to say another Thank You!

My husband and I purchase a Mercedes Benz from this place. Our experience was wonderful and it was worth our time. Kirk Anderson was knowledgeable and his efforts to make us feel that we are purchasing the right car with the right budget was more appreciated. Not too many great salesman will go above and beyond. In closing with the paperwork with Mike Connolly was comfortable. I say he's fast. But overall the place and the entire workers are polite and Jose Garcia was also very helpful in explaining the apps..knowing I'm no experts when it comes to technology. Definitely would recommend this place to our family and friends.

Absolutely the best experience we have ever had at any car dealership!!! The people that work here truly care about their customers and they go out of their way to make it as easy as possible to purchase a car. We could not have had a better experience with Ilona who took EXCELLENT care of us and treated us like family.
