Excellent customer service. Marcus was helpful, clear, and to the point throughout the process and answered all of my questions. The turnaround time for my new pc order was much faster than expected during times where stock is hard to get.

They were also able to do same-day installation of another SSD after I realized I missed adding it to the original order.

They also did a great job cleaning up and formatting my old pc so I have it ready for selling to a friend.

Overall I was very impressed with Meta PC and definitely recommend them.
