3 attempts to get my s21 working then a new s20 ultra 5g and it seems metro t-mobile is throttling data and I have unlimited plan for almost 20years.. data and dead spots have increased in New smyrna beach..angel was excellent and tried everything..it's 100% a bad tower in nsb area

After speaking with a rep at the New smyrna store as well as calling 611 I was finally able to get help with my questions from Crystal at the Edgewater location. I will always come back to this location now.

My phone wasnt able to get text messages or phone calls so i brought it in. The girl working at the time, Kristy, looked it over and over trying everything. She was so nice. She had other customers she helped in between looking at my phone. She ended up googling the problem and it said to try turning airplane mode on for 5 seconds and turn it off. She did it twice and all my text messages for 2 days came through! I was so happy! Kristy was so helpful and I am so glad she could figure it out. My phone is my lifeline for work and family and she got me running again. Thank you for everything!
