I've been living at my new home for about a month now and I am loving it!!! Ana was our sales rep and she has made us feel like family from the moment we walked into the sales office. She's always been very responsive, honest, attentive, constantly checking in throughout the entire process and even after we had already closed on our new home. I had my share of experiences with builders in the last 7 years and MI/Homes, Ana, Carlene, Bob were by far the best experience we ever had. I highly recommend them !!!

April, I am so chocked by your spiteful review that I had to set things straight . I am not an MI homes at Ovation home owner but I love their homes and the community. I'm a real-estate enthusiast. I have recently visited over 20 builders and developers and I have to say that this community is my favorite thus far. Their sales lady Ana is the best of the best. My family and I felt so welcomed by her. She is knowledgeable and professional . She was clear in her answers to all our questions and concerns and I can tell she loves her job because she was so enthusiastic. My family and I are planning to revisit the homes soon and are seriously considering making a purchase. I would encourage everyone to go make your own judgement .Go see these beautiful homes and let Ana help you out. You wont regret it.

Really bad sales people make you sign up the contract asap while keep zero responsibility for their lies.
This place is a remote village, far away from everything what could be used for daily life unless you spend all days in Disney parks. Assigned to the most overcrowded schools in Orange County. It’s extremely overpriced for what it is right now. Not good if looking for family with kids. No cellphone coverage in their neighborhood (AT&T).
Withhold ALL of our deposit for “damages” when we could not proceed due to the financial reason. Put the building for sale and added another 5% to the peak price. They can’t get enough. Greedy.
Please do yourself very deep research of the area before signing up the contract. Sales people will tell you anything just to hook you up on the contract.

We recently closed on our new home with MI. I’m obsessed with it. Ana was our sales rep. I love her bubbly personality. Carleen was our builder. I was skeptical to have a woman builder, but she has great attention to detail. I also had a great realtor Jamil Winston. All in all, we had a great experience. There are always little things, but most all have been corrected. This was literally the 5th house we have had built in our married life. I think this was one of the best experiences and we are hoping to stay a while and make it home. You can’t beat living this close to Disney. We are Disney fans so the neighborhood at Encore at Ovation is a win-win!
