I switched from Geico to State Farm about ten years ago and have been very happy ever since. I've encountered some phenomenal agents, but none compare to Scott Johnson. He has been a wealth of information and always responds promptly when any issues arise. What really speaks volumes about his character was when I called one time and he had just returned from lunch.
