Easy fast check in at midnight, clean room, friendkly front office. Overall a perfect experience. The only thing not very impressive was the brteakfast of pancakes but I did not pay extra for it so nothing to complain about. Ther coffee was great.

Reuben at the front desk is a star employee! So helpful and kind. He made our stay easy and pleasant. The rooms do not have USB ports, but other than that, they are clean (thank you housekeeping) and quiet. Parking was well lit and accommodated our transportation.

Don’t stay here! They have a scam to falsely accuse hotel guests of smoking and will charge you extra for it. After staying here regularly for over a year, the last time we were at this Microtel, they woke us up at 3:30 am claiming they detected smoke in the room. We were asleep and we are NOT smokers. We told the hotel staff guy who woke us up from deep sleep that we were not smoking nor are we smokers. Then they charged us an extra $150 for smoking in the room. It was a completely false charge and was definitely a scam. It was inexcusable to be woken up in the middle of the night for no legitimate reason. We’ve never experienced this at any hotel we’ve stayed out - my partner and I have both have traveled extensively over the years for work and pleasure. We will NEVER stay at this Microtel again - the hotel staff is completely unethical. I would suggest that you book a room elsewhere.

The Wyndham Wheeler Ridge is a basic hotel, not fancy but we weren't expecting or looking for fancy. It is very close (5 minute car ride) to the Tejon Outlet stores and the wonderful, big Bird Dog Arts Gallery that is in the center. We were in Tejon for an event at Bird Dog. In the cooler months, you can walk over to the Tejon Outlet Center so the car can remain in its parking spot at the hotel. The Black Bear diner is a few minute walk and there's a convenience store also and across the street a large Shell gas station so the hotel is conveniently located.|The hotel is so clean and quiet. Again, the room was basic (no mini-refrigerator) but clean and in good condition. The bathroom was fine (it has a hair dryer on the wall) as was the quality of the bed and bedding. The AC worked well. The breakfast was continental and sufficient for our purposes. Good coffee, OJ, bagels, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, and Dole fruit cups. The staff was very nice and we had no problems at all.|My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay and we would stay here again when we are in the area.

I stay here as a stopover whenever I travel by car to central and Northern or Central California. It is next to an Outlet Mall, with several food options nearby. There is also a couple of gas stations nearby. This makes it the perfect place to stop. The rooms are always clean, the facility has always been secure, you never have to be worried about your personal safety.

This is definitely a great hotel to stay at nice area great staff and very clean!! We were happy this stay was on 8/25/24 and the girl at the front desk was amazing very helpful I apologize I can’t remember her name! The AC went out and I went down to let them know and to find out if we could switch rooms and she had no problem doing that at all so that was another plus!! I highly recommend this hotel for any stay!

I was driving late at night and instead of staying at a Motel, I decided to stay in this hotel because of the Wyndham name. It was the worst decision of the day. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the next door room TV. I asked to be moved to a different room and I was told to pay extra, which I didn’t. I had to tell the service desk to come upstairs and confirm that I could hear the TV next door. Then, I turned on the AC and the unit began making a loud noise which made it difficult to sleep. By then it was almost 1:30am and I had to wake up early to continue my journey. I had to turn off the AC to be able to sleep. This hotel is as good as a motel. The room is small and too pricey for what it offers.

My room was full of bees. AC not working and it was over 100 degrees. Room was dirty. The most unprofessional staff I have ever met ! Viney the manager was supposed to call me but never did. Was told by Ruben I would get my deposit back and never did.The place is noisy too. Will never stay here again! Do not stay here total nightmare!!!!
