Absolutely the worst to get anything done. I’ve been asking for copies of my bills for over a month now and get nothing but BS. Saying they sent them but nothing has arrived. It doesn’t take a month. Ridiculous and lies every time I call.

They don't communicate with customers or contractors to restore power. It's far too common for customer to not have power restored even when contractors amd inspectors call in for a power restore.

There electrical grid is awful. I've never lived anywhere with a worse electrical gird.

We were worried we might have a gas leak and they came out right away. The operator on the phone, Adam, was very friendly. The two workmen checked the home in and out, and were very professional.

4th time call after 9pm. Everytime I call I'm on hold and within a few minutes I can't get a hold of customer service! Dropped and have to redial again! Terrible! Hire more agents!
