A* Service.
If I can give you one piece of advice it would be PLEASE don't look any further in your search for pest control.
You have undoubtedly find the best of the best with Midlands Environmental Services.
Kirk is not only amazing at his job, but also friendly and really puts you at ease.
I had heard scratching and scurrying in my loft and was so very thankful for Kirk during my distressing moment of time.
I was extremely thankful as his work went above and beyond to search inside my loft space.
Not only noting rat droppings but also squirrel ?
I had mentioned in conversation that the dog had been indicating areas of the patio to which kirk was more then happy to take a look too, so glad he had as he had uncovered tunnels being dug out by the greasy rodents.
I have kept the phone number and email as if I every need any kind of help again I won't need to look around.

We have had issues with a rat infestation in the loft and in the chimney/under the fireplace. Kirk was called and was round the same day and has been back regularly to keep checking and make sure its being sorted. Excellent customer service, very friendly and very professional! would very highly recommend.

Kirk was amazing - unlike most companies he doesn’t limit the number of visits and will make sure the problem is gone completely. We had a huge problem with a rodent infestation that lasted nearly 2 months and he was there whenever I needed him to not only get rid of them but to make sure it doesn’t happen again. He’s a great guy who genuinely wants to help solve the issue which we appreciated so much and most importantly he never made us feel that we were too much trouble. Thank you so much Kirk! I would highly recommend - exceptional service!

Could honestly not recommend highly enough! We had bees inbetween the top of my little son's window frame and the flat roof, making a terrible buzzing noise, about 50 of them, making the house unbearable to live in. The access was very bad due to the conservatory below my son's bedroom. As the first treatment didn't work we had another visit completely free of charge, only 48hrs after the first one. The issue completely resolved and we've also had the roof checked out both times just to make sure. A real thorough job. I honestly can say we have our house back. Thank you millions!

I had carpet beetle munching away at my carpet, I called Kirk who came round the same day and treated the areas concerned. A very knowledgeable man with lots of interesting facts. After ringing other pest control companies who loved to quote well over the odds I'm extremely happy I chose Kirk. Very surprised there aren't more reviews on here!!!!!!!!!
