I'm really glad I went with Midway services, i saw they had great reviews, and I can see why. I was having issues with my water heater, and they were able to book me within the week.
My service technician was Kevin. He came in to do diagnostics and get me set up with a new water heater. Out of all the technicians I've had come by the house, I think he's the best. Professional, pleasant, on-time, really knows what he's doing. He's efficient but also takes his time to do things carefully the right way. He's very respectful and made sure to clean up spills from the old water heater. He knows how to ask for help to lift the water heater safely onto the shelf. The way he installed the new water heater looks very professional and up to code. I have an old house, and having a modern "bells and whistles" setup puts me at ease. I felt very secure the job was getting done right, and I got a high-quality product for my home that would last me for many years to come. I'm very pleased with Midway, and I'd feel very comfortable going through them for any future projects.

Called Midway and got an electrician appointment the same week. They did a thorough evaluation of what I wanted and considered different ways to accomplish the projects. Fair price and great follow-up on any concern. I have an old building and it took a team effort. Electrician Mike M. climbed into the attic to find the best way to run a new electrical outlet. That takes effort and dedication to the craft! I later had a concern about work done (light switch not working as anticipated). Next business day Electrician Greg came out to review my concern! He did a thorough review of my concern and made changes. Impressed with Greg's knowledge and Midway's commitment to the quick follow-up and my satisfaction.

I needed to make a quick decision as our water heater had started leaking and it needed to be replaced. I was hesitant at first to spend the money as it would be significant in cost, but Kevin from plumbing helped reassure me I was making the right choice at a great price. His expertise helped significantly as there were several electrical issues that needed to be addressed at the time of installation. I’m very satisfied overall with this company as it was easy to schedule an appointment online and our technician was spectacular.

My plumbing technician from Midway Services was Hunter Hicks. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He initially analyzed the issues with my old water softener and gave me options for repair or replacement. He even went so far as to call the Customer Service representatives of the softener parent company to get more information for me. When I determined the old water softener was not repairable, I contacted Midway and they quickly arranged for Hunter to install a new system for me. He arrived as scheduled and completed the new installation in a timely matter and professional manner.
