Midwest Disposal is the best! I had the best conversation when I first signed up back in December filled with truly informative information and lots of laughter. My husband and I moved and needed new trash service and had a flawless experience starting an account, even down to the exact date we needed the cans dropped off without interfering with the seller's move. Midwest is truly one of the best services we have encountered. They are receptive, understanding, and work with you. We were late getting our container out and the driver stopped on their way back through our neighborhood to grab it. We appreciate the discounts offered as well. We highly recommend MidWest.

I forgot to put my cans out this morning and when I called, the phone only rang once before being picked up. When I asked if a truck returning and picking up the cans was possible the ladies in the office contacted driver immediately to find out. The driver confirmed they could and by the time I returned home about midday it was done. Great jobs guys and thank you!

They have been great picking up the garbage they have been on time they do a good job and the pricing is very reasonable I'm glad that I went with them. Had a chance to speak with one of the truck drivers 1 day very polite very friendly.

Missed pick up by a few minutes last week about 6:30 AM. Sent Midwest a message through Facebook hoping they would consider coming back for a pick up. They responded with-in minutes and said no problem we will notify the driver. Very appreciative of the responsiveness!
