I started my treatment at the Hyde Park Clinic last year, and I’m now nearing the end of the process. I can’t put into words how friendly and effective the entire staff has been. I've had the same practitioner from the beginning, and she has been absolutely incredible!

At every appointment, I feel safe and welcomed, and I can’t stress enough how important it is to have continuity with the same practitioner throughout the treatment. Laser hair removal can be a bit painful at times (but so worth it!), and having someone you trust and feel comfortable with makes all the difference—whether it’s asking for two stress balls or a little breathing break when you’re feeling more sensitive.

I 100% recommend Hyde Park Clinic and their amazing staff. Thank you, ladies!

Just finished my 5th session today, but I swear you see results after the first one. The pain is very tolerable and you’ll be glad you made the switch from shaving or waxing. Everyone at this location is always super friendly and Measha specifically was great with helping me choosing the perfect package for my needs.

Business model is predatory and their prices are higher than any other laser spa. Not worth the investment if you don’t have a longstanding hormonal issue like PCOS or very thick hair (even then I’m not sure if it is). I realized after one session that “unlimited laser” wouldn’t at all be necessary for me. Requiring a binding contract to be signed before you can even trial the service is part of their way to make money, as my one service ended up costing $600 while at other spas it would have been $200 max. Plus, outsourcing financing to a 3rd party bank instead of payments going directly to the clinic makes it so that if Milan ever closes you’ll still be on the hook for payments. Glad I got out of my contract but I’m hoping other see this and do some more research before they sign up! Now I’m doing pay-as-you-go at another spa and am much happier.

I had my second laser appointment today (whole body) and it was just as great of an experience as my first. Timetra was very professional, efficient and considerate during both my treatments. The staff is polite and professional and the clinic is well organized and clean. I highly recommend getting your treatments at this location (Hyde park).

I have struggled with folliculitis for years. Milan Laser's services have dramatically reduced my hair growth. My neck is essentially naked for weeks as opposed to shaving every 2 days. They're still working on the area under my jaw but I'm very satisfied.
