We needed our modem upgraded and so made an appointment. I left specific instructions for the tech to call first which he did. Upon arrival Noah began work immediately and professionally, he was courteous and a nice young man. Mile High Networks has been great these last 3 years. I highly recommend.

Mile High Networks came out recently to do an upgrade on my home, actually twice in the past six months. They were the proactive ones, not me. Mo calls to tell me they're coming, Ricardo comes out as promised, when promised, and gets the job done. I'm out in Legend Hills and we do get taken down a few times during the monsoon season, I mean how can their towers predict lightning? Mile High takes care of the problem as quickly as they can and always keeps its customers informed. I have no complaint about connectivity, speed, customer service, I like Mile High!

Went with Mile High Networks based on a neighbor referring them and not having many issues with their internet. Noah came to do the install. He was on time, friendly, and worked quickly to get everything set up. I already had an Eero router and he helped to make sure it was set up and working before he left. Since this was a new install, he had to drill a hole and he left the area clean. Would definitely recommend!

I’m very happy to update this review in light of the fact that Mile High Networks has massively upgraded their equipment. Under MHN’s new fiber optics, my speeds and network reliability are unbeatable now. Measuring at >100mbps for an incredibly reasonable rate, I haven’t had any issues yet! The tech who installed our equipment, Hunter, was was very professional, punctual, and friendly. He was able to go over all the upgrades with me and show me how it all worked and what to do in the unlikely event of an outage. I appreciate the upgraded hardware and network, and strongly recommend MHN to anyone in the Quad cities.

Horrible rude customer service, kids as 'techs'. Starts out really fast then degrades as the weeks roll on. Paying for 10 up / 100 down, after a little more than 2 months with them it is now .7-1.5 up and between 18 and 60 down sometimes less. Customer service? Laughable, good luck getting a human on the phone, they never answer, rarely call back after you are on hold for 5 minutes only to end up at a voicemail. Blame your equipment for the problems and refuse to give you any credit when issues are discovered on their end. Stay away from this place at all costs. False advertising on their site shows packages are good for HD streaming...Have yet to stream HD anything, 480 is all I have been able to stream without dropped frames.
