They fit me in, followed up and the associate, Cameron, that worked on my job communicated above and beyond before and after the process. I would recommend them for any future jobs I have and have shared their contact info with my realtor as they 2 people he recommended still have yet to call back after i'd left them multiple messages. Had someone come out to do the level 3 soil test. Complained from the beginning, was yelling and cussing while trying to do his cores. Ended up not doing the cores and billed $350 for a site visit. Do not recommend.

Updated: Had another company come and do the test by hand. No issues

Jackson went way beyond the call of duty today. We were on the 15th acre, when the bottom dropped out of the sky. We stood there soaking wet and jackson didn't skip a beat. He continued on purking until the job was done IN THE RAIN!! He even had a bottle of water for me, due to the heat. Very VERY hard working, polite, young man! He tried so hard! Doesn't give up easily. I wish he could meet my daughter!

We called at just before 6 pm on a Friday night. That was just before their closing time. They still answered and took all of the necessary info needed for our perv test in order to purchase some land. Even tho everyone was backed up...2 other companies did not return my call and one took 10 days....Mill Creek fit us in and did a great job so we could close on the purchase much quicker.
